For years, my energy came from inputs — a morning latte, a Red Bull before training, a glass of wine to settle the day. It was routine. Familiar. Predictable.
And for a long time, it worked.

Until it didn’t.

After Toronto, I knew the rebuild had to go deeper than training. I had to reset the chemistry behind the performance — the nervous system, the sleep patterns, the morning spikes and evening dips. So I stripped everything back.
