Order & Bake Schedule
All bagels are baked in small weekly batches from my home kitchen in Edmonton.
Pre-order by: Friday at 6 p.m.
Bake day: Saturday morning — hand-rolled, honey-boiled, baked fresh.
Delivery: Saturday mid-morning to early afternoon — dropped off on your doorstep or picked up from Fast Trax Run & Ski Shop (7216 101 Ave NW) between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. (I’ll text you updates with the exact drop-off time.)
Pickup & Delivery
Delivery is available throughout southwest and central Edmonton (within ~15–20 minutes of Westbrook). If your postal code falls outside this area — or you’re ordering through Apple Pay — your order will automatically default to Fast Trax pickup for convenience.
Because each batch is made to order, quantities are limited. Orders placed after the Thursday cutoff roll into the following week’s bake.
Packaging & Storage
Bagels come in recyclable kraft bags with full ingredient and allergen labels.
Best enjoyed the day they’re baked. If you’re saving them, slice and freeze — then toast straight from frozen for that just-baked texture.
What’s Included
Each order comes with a little extra — a homemade 2oz butter and a 4oz cream cheese, made in small batches from local cream and sea salt. Both are crafted fresh each week to pair perfectly with your bagels — simple, traditional, and made with care. Please keep refrigerated and enjoy within one week of delivery.
A Note from Jack
This project started when racing paused and I needed to slow down — now it’s a way to share a bit of that calm with others.
Every dozen is made by hand, with the same precision I bring to training: calm, focused, consistent.
