Half-dozen Plain Loops

Our simplest circle of calm.

A tender, cake-style loop with lightly golden edges and a clean, buttery crumb. No glaze, no distractions — just honest ingredients, balanced sweetness, and quiet confidence. Perfect with coffee, post-run, or straight off the rack.

Order & Bake Schedule

All Loops are baked in small weekly batches from my home kitchen in Edmonton.

  • Pre-order by: Friday at 6 p.m.

  • Bake day: Saturday morning — mixed, baked fresh, and cooled with care

  • Delivery / Pickup: Saturday mid-morning to early afternoon — delivered to your doorstep or available for pickup at Fast Trax Run & Ski Shop (7216 101 Ave NW) between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
(I’ll text you updates with your approximate drop-off time.)

Because each batch is made to order, quantities are limited. Orders placed after the Friday cutoff roll into the following week’s bake.

Pickup & Delivery

Delivery is available throughout southwest and central Edmonton (within ~15–20 minutes of Westbrook).

If your postal code is outside this zone — or you’re ordering through Apple Pay — your order will automatically default to Fast Trax pickup for convenience.

Packaging & Storage

Loops are packed in recyclable kraft bags with full ingredient and allergen labels.

Best enjoyed the day they’re baked.
If you’re saving them, keep them sealed; you can store at room temperature for 1–2 days or refrigerate to extend freshness.

For the best next-day experience, warm gently in a low oven or toaster oven.

A Note from Jack

This project began when racing paused and I needed to slow down — and baking became its own quiet form of training.

Every half-dozen is made by hand, with the same precision I bring to endurance work: calm, focused, consistent.

Here’s to small batches, calm mornings, and sharing something real.
